By Scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to the following terms.

I, Charles Marks, the owner of Factory Beach Volleyball, and any other employees or affiliates, are not responsible or can be held liable for any injury of a customer or participant during the services offered. The client agrees to enter into beach volleyball training knowing all risks of physical activity that even though very unlikely, something such as a muscle sprain, broken bone, or head injury may occur. Any medical expenses incurred are not the responsibility of Factory Beach Volleyball. Each session begins with a warm up but that does not guarantee safety from injury during physical activity. Beach volleyball is a low impact sport where injuries are minimized but there is always risk with any form of physical activity.

A coaching session is not guaranteed until payment is made. If I have to cancel a session, a full refund will be issued or appointment rescheduled, depending on what the client wants.

If a client cancels before 24 hours of a session, a full refund will be issued. Less than 24 hours notice a half refund will be issued.

Pricing

$50 - Individual session for 1.25 hours.

$35 - More than one person for 1.25 hours.

$135 - 3 individual sessions for 1.25 hours.
